The Preliminary Task

Here, we had to participate a task where between us, we came up with a storyline, acted out, filmed and edited within 2 Media lessons. This was a very challenging yet a rewarding experience and will hopefully give me a platform to build on for the rest of this year. I believe this experience will help me a lot, as I learnt a lot about the directing side of production, attempting to portray our ideas on screen. I also learnt a lot about editing, as we had to sequence all our shots in order, and pick out which will reflect the story best, and what did not work. Furthermore, we had a better understanding of how to implement sound, as I appreciated the way in which sound can enhance the film, and help illustrate the story better
